The people at Platinum Touch in Beach Park are not qualified in any way to perform automotive repairs. They are very dishonest when dealing with customers. They only want to get you in the door and take your money. If you have a complaint of the work they performed, they will ignore you. If you report this to BBB, they will ignore this too. Please tell your friends not to go here.
