This credit card company Platium Online Group LLC., is taking unauthorize money out my bank account and i never recieve a credit card in da mail nor sign up for one theres no way i can stop this unless i change my accounnt number. the customer service number they offers just allow you to leave a message and no one returns your call...money just keep being withdrawn from my account!!!

The amout of $99.00 was with drawn from my checking account for product that I have cancelled. And would like to have fund submitted back to account (5310444095) This week. Please contract me immdedilaty. Our further action will be taken. Veronica Smoke 513 271-7853

99.00 was withdrawn from my bank account without my permission.It was taken 11-09-10.I never gave permission for my bank or online platium to withdraw monies from my account.That caused me to have an overdraft of 35.00.I have filed a police report and also called better burea office.Put my monies and overdraft fees back into my account or I will take futher action.Sheila MCGee
