on 12/14/10 a withdrawal of $29.95 was taken from my bank account and I was charged an overdraft on this account of $34.00. on 12/20/10 $99.49 was withdrawn as well also an additional overdraft charge of $34.00.
I never agreed to belong to this online service. I could not afford this. I am in no financial position to do so. This is not the only company this happened with. The other company I spoke with someone and they were willing to return the monies to my account. This platinum online group just takes msg. and does not get back to me. The both companies are wrong and every withdrawal they made cost me an overdraft. I am working with my bank to return the overdrafts, chase bank has not help me as of yet. on november 23rd they hit my account for $ 99.49, then on december 3rd they did it again without approval from myself or my mother !

I was unaware of this transaction. I am very upset about this. I do not know where they got my information from but I did not give it to them. I have never even heard of this company. Along with the $99 they took out of my account there was also a $29 overdraft fee. I would like some action done about this. Thank You.
