I ordered a cd via play.com. I received an order conformation from from a company called PLAY TRADE, on behalf of "DIRECTOFFERSUK" Part of which I have pasted below:-

The cd I have just received is used; not sealed, the plastic covering has peeled in parts on the cover, and the actual cd has numerous "marks & scars".

I contacted Play.com and all they said that I had to contact the supplier, not their problem. I pointed out my contract was with them, but to no avail. A supervisor was not available, (on another call) and would be for some time. A total "l'impasse".

Tried to call "DIRECTOFFERSUK" and I was redirected to an extension, which when connected, was automatically disconnected; several times!

Not a happy bunny, I will be deleting my account with Play.com.
