My friend and I made a reservation and our reservation was confirmed by the staff. However, on the day of reservation when we arrived there, we found out that it was 'closed' as they had a corporate event for some students. There is NO call from them informing us about this and we had to made our way there to find it. What's more infuriating is that the owner of the shop even question and doubt us. We stood there for sometime and they treated us as transparent. Their attitude to us were really terrible, they did not apologize for their mistake. I have to ask the staff again before she reluctantly agree to give us a station.
The shop maybe gaining popularity but with such lousy service provided, I reckon it will go far. If they had been more organized and treat each and every customer with equal right and respect, you could have called us in advance and not let your customers make a wasted trip. If you are really sincere and apologetic, we would not be so unhappy with your service. Well, I guess it all boils down to a money-minded owner who would rather earn more from a corporate event and lose 2 customers. But if thus goes on, all the best to your shop.
