I pre ordered black ops ps3 on sun 7/11 it wasnt out until midnight the following night. it is now 15/11 and it still hasn't arrived but they made sure they have taken my money out of my account the same evening as ordering, they say it was posted on the 8/11 . I spoke to someone at customer service and they couldnt be bothered at all just said it was posted they took no responsability at all . Please do not buy from them they are a absolute joke of a company the game was for my son and i cannot afford to go out and buy another so we just have to sit and wait it was a birthday present for him but he ended up without so TANKYOU PLAY.COM FOR RUINING HIS BIRTHDAY . If the game doesnt come they wont refund until after 21 days so my son is having to go a month without his birthday present, im sooooo angry, how can they get away with this behaviour !!!
