Relative stricken with Cellulitis on legs placed for rehab. Had relative catching a ball...Why~the issue was with her legs not hands. Relative's clothing and other items disappearing as well as that of other residents. What a coincidence that a worker's mother works in a thrift store. Sat in on one of their meetings right after the whole kitchen staff had quit them the same day. One worker was trying to convence the elderly residents that "they "needed to pay for new coffee cups for facility use. Another worker was trying to scam the residents into paying for red Tee shirts to honor vetrans overseas (because her son was) at $10 per shirt. The kept the air conditioner in my relative's room (in December) wide open until she damn near had pneumonia (telling staff employees and supervisors about it for 2 weeks). They then started giving the relative Clariton (and charging) for illness they caused. BTW there is a 3rd party witness to this as well. Samantha and her fat azzed 300 lb bovine lead had the nerve to tell anyone the needed to loose weight? The two of them, my relative and I had a discussion regarding them continually trying to force my relative into filing for medicaid (So that pleasent Vally had a foot in the door to steal everything my relative had IE: house, car, bank accounts...) even asking if she had any Inheritance to which she replied maybe but unsure of the amount. I told the two fat b***hes "I know the amout!" How much they asked? "None of your damn business and we are not filing medicaid so that you can steal from my relative and use her information to further steal from the medicade system."
The facility had an eye appointment scheduled for my ralative (almost blind) which was canceled using the excuse that they had transportation problems at literally the last 30 minutes. Funny, being the nearest relative they could call when they changed my relative's diet but not over a transportation problem? That is nothing less than psycological abuse telling a blind elderly person they will get them to an eye appointment (when they had the appointment set weeks earlier) and don't follow through not even attempting to contact someone who could provide transportation. The point is from their perspective is if we can get you to sign everything over to us we won't do anything for you while racking up your bill for doing nothing on a daily basis. Like the poor woman they left in a room screamin for help and the employees claimed was crazy so the did nothing other tha go into her room just to reset her call button. Chances are Pleasent Valley had drained all of her assets and were juts letting her lay in her room and yell for help until she dies. Upon removing my relative from this sheet hole facility they presented me with the relative's bill making threats of suing to get it. Considering I had no power of attorney at the time, and they knew it.I am seeing them being filed on over many issues including divulging any part of part of a person's medical record to another. I believe that is disclosing privileged, private and confidential information by merely handing the bill to anyone other than my relative personally. My relative was moved to another facility where certain paperwork allowed me to get a professional un-biased openion of charges by Pleasent Valley... I believe the comment was "I see several issues with the paperwork". That was just in a 5 minute glance by this person.

Mary blake whom regulates state laws for protecting the elderly from nursing home abuse was contacted for additional reasons than the forementioned.
