Have a reliable and accountable customer service, that can be contacted to answer questions. points. Then the very next time tha I logged back in, I could not, (and still can't) read my inbox messages... What is up with the "out of date password" thing? Over the last 3 days I have repeatedly attempted to access my received mail. .. I Followed the commands on screen, put my new password in and nothing! I have followed the on line prompts to enter my new password with no success. I still have not received my new pass word to this account. From looking at blogs and message boards. I am not the only client of yours that is having difficulty and are equally frustrated. Seems like everyone is having the same problem and by design there is no answers or help. Why?
