Deceitful Marketing
Do not do business with this company. They mislead you into trying their product for paying only the shipping and handling charges. Even after you call and cancel the order, they will send you another bottle, charge you $85.00 for the merchandise, and then six months later try to collect more money from you, saying that you owe them for the product plus additional interest and fees.

This company is a scam, and be warned that they will try to rip you off. Stay away from them!!

Never received product after trial
I purchase Pliatrol with the understanding that it would be the cost of shipping only. I never heard anything again until now.

Scam victim
I also ordered the Pliatrol on the "free trial" offer. Never saw the wording saying I would be charged if I did not call within 14 days but after getting another bottle of the stuff and a charge on my bank account for the $85, I called and they agreed to cancel further shipments. I called my bank dispute department and I had them dispute the charge and got my money re-imbursed to my account. If any other victim reads this please if you return the merchandise, get a certificate of mailing or some tracking number to prove that you returned it.

Pliatrol anti wrinkle cream
They offer a free trial of their cream for the cost of shipping. They combine their ad and product shipment along with an anti aging pill. Before I received the sample, I received a call that another shipment was being sent. I imediately called and canceled the entire thing. Three months later, I had a charge for $83.95. When I called they told me that my cancelation only applied to the aging pill and not to the cream. This is a total scam intended to hit the elderly.

Scam to get 83.90
Product doesnt work.
All this company cares about is how to scam you into trying product so they can charge you for you 83.50 for the so called free bottle they sent you. They will charge your credit card after 14 days after your order. How can you make a judgement on the product in such a short time? Its take almost 14 days to the product so that leave you only a few day to see if it works. Plus you must remember to call and ship back at your expense the CRAP they sent you. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME COSTLY MISTAKE I MADE. ALSO IF YOU CALL THEM THE ARE VERY RUDE AND ARE COACHED TO BLAME YOU. THIS COMPANY ISNT ABOUT PROVIDING A PRODUCT THAT HELP THE COMSUMER ITS ALL ABOUT TRICKING YOU OUT OF 83.50 FOR WHAT SEEM TO BE PLAIN OLD HAND LOTION.

You must cancel within 14 Days & return the unused portion within 30 days of original order date & you will not be charged. I was billed for $4.95 on my Visa and did not recieved the sample. I want a credit on my Visa bill. My order no# is 194109. Please refund my money. Thank you

Sincerely,

scam- not Free trial
BEWARE!! I ordered my "free 14 day trial" of Pliatrol and did not receive it until after a week following the start of my " free trial." I was charged $85.00 for the product and had not even received it!! I tried calling the customer service number for days and could not get thru and when I did, I actually was connected to another scammed person who was calling to complain!! I finially did reach a customer service person who rudely told me " the trial begins at the moment you order and you have the responsibility to cancel the auto shipping of the product within that 14 days, and since you did not, you have been charged $85.00!!! I explained to her that I did not even receive the product until after my so called 14 days free trial. I did not have 14 days to try it since I was not in possesion of the product!! She rudely told me that was still my responsibility to cancel! How do you cancel something you have not even received to try yet?!! It is NOT a Free trial, It is a total SCAM for your monthly auto deduction of $85.00!! BEWARE!!

Pliatrol Anti-wrinkle cream
Buyer Beware- I recently fell victim to a very clever advertisement scam. A free sample of Pliatrol anti-wrinkle was offered online, I paid $5.00 for shipping charges. I received the free sample and I thought transaction complete. Not so, for in a month I received another bottle of Pliatrol which I did not order. I called Pliatrol customer service and was told that according to the free order if you did not cancel within 14 days your order went on automatic and you would be shipped Pliatrol monthly at a cost of $85.00. I was told that this was spelled out when I ordered the free sample. I did not remember seeing this information. I went back and checked online and on the bottom of the page under the heading of Satisfaction Guarantee, after a product description was the contract. It was also written in small lettering. I've learned a valuable lesson!
