I ordered two products on-line from Pliatrol on a free trial basis. After two weeks I called their customer service department and alerted them to the fact that I had never received either product. A week later after not seeing anything I called them again. Finally one of the the items came but not the other. I decided at that time that since they had not lived up to the terms of their contract by sending my product I would called them and cancel my orders. At first they told me that I had passed the 14 day period for returning my product even though it took them over a month to provided me with the first product. They said they would cancel my order if I returned the product I received and not bill me for anything. I immediately returned the product and included a signed receipt slip of which I got confirmation that they had received my shipment. I thought all was done until I received two letters from a collection agency requesting that I immediately pay $85.00 for each product - one that I received and sent back and the other that I never got. I have contacted both the collection company and Pliatrol with no success. The collection company put the claims in dispute but did not cancel the claim against me. The customer service department informed me that it was now out of their hands because they had sent my account to the collection agency and could no longer view it. Then they hung up on me. I tried to call them back, but each time they would not speak with me about this matter and hang up. This company should have their business license revoked and not be able to scam any more people.
