Scam billing
After looking for a payday loan online, the payday loans website will ask you if you want other services, when click NO, your personal data will say on file and your bank account will be charged a monthly fee ever if you did not accept a payday loan. A total RIPOFF! After call PLRC at 1-877-258-2584, they will tell you that the terms and conditions you signed online will charge you a fee for their RESOURCE SERVICE monthly is none refundable. Who need a resource service to apply for a loan. TOTAL RIPOFF.

Unauthorized charges from checking account
I applied for a payday loan and didn't see anything about charges to my checking account for these services. We had an emergency and needed a payday loan. We have had overdraft charges due to these unauthorized debits.
