have withdrawn 17.93 from my account twice already for a loan that i have not received

I was on line with this company several months ago about possibly getting a loan and in order for me to apply they made me give them all my personal information. I was not sure of what i wanted to do but I could not apply for anything without giving this information. They continue to take out a fee of $17.97 from my compnay account and they are not allowed to do so. I have never gotten a loan from them and will not. I have spoken to different people and to no avail. I am contacting my bank today to let them no about this company and the fraudulent manner that they are doing. I am going to report them to the Federal Trade in Washington D.C. as well. This company has used my information in a fraudulent manner as well by giving it out to everyone. I want to be reimbured for the last month that they took my money. They are not authorized to do so at this time.Please remove me from anything to do with this company at this time and to let me know when they are going to put my money back into my account. Thank you kindly

A fee of $17.93 was withdrawn from my checking account without my authorization. I would like a refund as soon as possible. I have made several phone calls without any success. They hang up or they give you another internet site to complain to without any refund coming
