Poor
Human resources does nothing for you if you have problems with your manager. They only protect the higher ups of the company. they dont care about the people that actually work in the stores. District managers have their favorite employees and show disgusting favoritism. No one on this company is treated equal, it's all about who they like and if you have a brown nose. if you bow down and kiss their feet you'll get somewhere. i had too much pride for that. The job is great, but the people in the company make your job miserable. It's not worth it to work there. I have never been treated so unfairly in my life. My district manager didn't like me because I was outspoken, in a professional respectful way. he liked employees who brown nosed and had no opinions. He harassed me so much that I have already contacted a couple different attorneys about the situation. he would come into my store and nitpick at every little thing. he told me that my store had to do late calls 3 times a day, but I found out the store that is his favorite does calls only 1 time per day. One of their customers weren't called for 2 weeks after they were late. I can't believe the owners of the company have so much of these issues going on and they don't even know about it. I contacted human resources for weeks about all of the things my boss was doing. They did nothing about it. They give no protection to employees. The district managers and directer of operations show extreme favoritism. It's sickening. He would come down on me for everything, but if a different store was doing the same thing I was, he wouldn't say a word to them. I cannot believe a company that prides themselves on being so professional and 'raising expectations' operates in such a manner.
