ON 13 AUGUST 2010, LOOKED AT THE FLOOR MODELS AT PLUMMERS IN MURRIETA CA, THE SALES REPRESENTIVE CHRISTINA /last name removed/ TOLD ME THAT THE FURNITURE WILL BE IN THE STORE TWO WEEKS.SAT ON IT LOOK THE FURNITURE NOTICED FOOTPRINTS ON THE SIDE OF THE FURNITURE NOTICED ALL THE DEFICIENCES ON THE FURNITURE ATTENTION TO DETAILS ON EVERY THING THAT IS WRONG WITH THE FURNITURE AS FYI. I CALL MONDAY 20TH AUGUST 2010 TALK WITH STEVE HE SAID THE FURNITURE IS ALREADY AT THE WAREHOUSE TOLD HIM I PICK IT UP ON FRIDAY 20TH AUGUST 2010, BECAUSE TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY WARE HOUSE IS CLOSED. PICKED UP THE FURNITURE AT THE WARE HOUSE HEADED BACK TO MORENO VALLEY. UNLOAD THE FURNITURE, THEN SET THE FURNITURE IN MY HOME. FUNNY THE SAME FURNITURE THAT WAS ON THE FLOOR MODEL WAS SOLD TO ME ALL WRAPPED UP.AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SOFA IT CLEARLY STATES FLOOR MODEL WHAT A RIPOFF.
THE SALES REPRESENTIVE TOLD ME THAT THE FURNITURE WAS GOING TO BE NEW PIECES.NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO THINK OF PLUMMERS NOW WHERE REPRESENTIVES ARE LACKING HONOR, COURAGE AND COMMITTMENT.BOTTOMLINE THE FLOOR MODEL FURNITURE WAS SOLD TO ME.I HOPE THAT THE REPRESENTIVES THERE GET THE MESSAGE. THAT WAS UNETHICAL PRACTICES.THEY DON'T REFUND. BUT AS CONSUMERS YOU HAVE A RIGHT FOR A REFUND!THIS WAS THE CASE I COULD OF PURCHASE THE FLOOR MODEL AT THAT TIME
