Withdrawal
I am mad because this company charge me monthly for a services that I don't wanted. I call the company an no body take the call. Also I send e-mail y no response. They charge me around $13.00 every month.

unauthorized billing of my account
This company picked up my billing info from a website I was on and began billing my checking account monthly. When I called and asked them to stop and return the funds they had misappropriated they said they would cancel but would only return one month. I NEVER signed up for this service. I'd never eeven heard of it until I found it on my statement! Check your accounts! I foolishly haven't each month, but I will from now on!

Every month since September last year I have received charges of $29.95 from both PMIDENITY & PRIVACYMATTER. I have never used their services. My account keeps getting depleted.

Robbing of money/ Scandelous
well to start off i was robbed 111.75 from pmidentity.com i was charged twice on march 30th $30.oo i also didnt sign up for the monthly thing the supervisor even said i signed up for the free 7 day trial! so therefore i was charged here and there 1.00 or 2.95 or even 9.95 for absolutely nothing! the last time i ever used the site was the day i signed up, then recently to find a phone number so i can cancel the "membership". on their site they dont have an easy way to cancel your "membership" basically i had to call the bank and get a phone number from them! im very unhappy with their performance and scams!

Fraud charges!
I noticed monthly charges of $14.95 to my credit card, but, didn't pay attention to it the first couple of months, thinking it was something related to my company. I finally checked into it and found this was for a service I never signed up for, nor requested in any way. This is another scam by a company that has some type of agreement set up with credit card companies to get their customer's information and AUTOMATICALLY charges your account unless you catch it and cancel it.
This company should also be shut down and sued for FRAUD!
