Unauthorized charges
Unauthorized charges to my account...This needs to be rectified ASAP or I WILL take further action. Including notifying the PRESS! I will NOT back down from this! You are stealing my money!

Fradulent debit!
1. Your online form is UNCLEAR.
2. I just filed a complaint against PM Identity.
3. While doing so I entered some INCORRECT information.
4. Instead of entering PM Identity I erroneously entered "Johnson Research Clinic".
5. That is my business, "NOT THE COMPANY " I have the complaint against.
My complaint is against "PM Identity" for fraudulently debiting my checking account.

Fraudulent charges!
Twice this company has tried to withdraw $14.95 from my account and twice I had to report them to my banks dispute department. Each time I was credited the money back but what a headache and now I have to get a new debit card so they can no longer access my information. The company is impossible to reach by phone or email and is a scam!

unauthorized charges on my card
I dont' know where this company is but I have been charged $19.95 twice using my debit card as a charge card - I do not have this service and I am trying to get these charges reversed I have reported this to the bank and to the fraud department.

I do not recall ever ordering this for $14.95 a month!
I looked back to Nov and found I have been charged $14.95 a month for this piece of junk. I did not, nor would I subscribe to such a thing. You call them on the phone and get only a machine, no people to talk to.

Fraudulent charges!
Both companies I believe are the same and charged me $19.95 without authorization. I have never heard of either company and they don't answer their customer service line. They are both total scams.
