Just wanted to warn some of you that might be thinking about joining PMI. Fisrt I just went through the initial phone conversation and was careful not be led in with their questions. They like for you to agree toward income, debt free status, cash cushion, and retirement. If you agree to have time and be dedicated they will then hook you into their school. From some of the other comments posted it will cost you dearly. I would suggerst taking an online course on Real Estate where they prepare you towards taking the RE board exam. Thats about 300 bucks and will teach you about real estate terms and laws and some procedures for the state you live in. You don't have to take the state test for real estate at your state facility. But what it will do is make you a better rounded individual in real estate. Obviously the books are just a hook to prepare you with questions and that preps them to close you into their school. Is it a good or bad school I have no clue. Maybe others that have gone into it couls share some info on this. So far I spent 20 bucks and I'm on their site for forclosures. I used the site which they claim will get you there first. Not so fast as I spotted some of their new postings and guess what. They property had a real estate sign on it already. So beware of that service. There are others services which are free of charge out there. So I will be cancelling my service from them. So thats another 29.00 bucks. So all in all I'm out 50 bucks and not a bad lesson to learns as the books do give you some ideas althou limited but enough to get you thinking hard. Hope that helps some of you. Regards
