unauthorized charges
I was charged $29.95 from my bank account twice a month, I called the number given and tried to cancel but it is all automated and no representative answered the phone, I have no idea about this company and how do they get our information about our bank account. Please help me out in this situation.

Unauthorized charges
Charging me for something I never ok'd when I got my FREE CREDIT REPORT. I never signed up for there identy protection.

unauthorized charges to credit card
I did sign up for this service but after I finished reading the whole advertisement and checking Google for the company, I decided not to join and I clicked on the "cancel" button. I have charges on my credit card for April and May for $29.95 each and a charge on April 9, 2009 for $1.00. I have sent them an email asking them to please credit my account for these amounts.

Unauthorized Debit Withdrawals
I have been billed $29.95 at a minimum twice from my account without ever giving PM Identity the authorization. How can these companies continue to break the law. Where is this fraudulent world going. I encourage everyone that uses the internet to watch out for unexpected charges from their accounts. I will pursue this with the law if it does not stop now.

unauthorized debits
i was checking my bank accout online and found two charges debited from my account. I had never heard anything bout this company nor did i authorize them to debit my account, i called and spoke with three different people and none of them could tell me how my account was charged because they did not hav any record of me having an account . And the drafts caused me to have overdraft charges of 50.00 dollars they told me that i would have to send them more paperwork from my bank and then it would take up to 2 weeks to get my money back.

Unauthorized charges
For a few months, my banking representatives have been telling me that unauthorized charges have been made for services I did not know or ask for from PMIDENTITY. I'm also in the process of calling them to let them know I do not want any services from them and to cancel.
While I do that please bring this matter to their attention too.

unauthorized charges
i just now looked at our bank statements as my other half was just looking at the amount of the charges and thought everything was fine, as in "nothing too high", i glanced at the statement as it looks different, no names just addresses. thats when i found the pmidentity.com on there. i had him do a search and we came to this complaint site, so i grabbed statements for the last year as we have all staements from a few years back. we have been charged 19.95 for the last 10 freaking months and so i call our bank and requested transactions for this month and there is another charge for 19.95so when i get this statement, that will be 11, thats almost 220 dollars that you all took from us!!! we want it back!!! i called the number and they want one of three things and one of them is the credit card number that is being charged, i don't know if i can do that, i'm probably going to have to do that to get our money back. i want to know how to get my money back. i'm going to be telling everyone that i can to check their statements!!! WE WANT OUR MONEY!!! we want to know how you got our info!
