These people, like others I noticed in the complaint department, thought for one dollar we would get a credit report. Unfortunately they began to bill us for services that we didn't authorize. I did not catch it until after they billed us twice. They said they cancelled our membership (which we didn't join) and said they would give us one month refund. We will see what will happen. These kind of people are predators that need to be severely disciplined and not allowed to stay in business.
