I had booked a e-ticket on 9.07.2009, the details as below

6. TOTAL AMT - Rs.1128 - THROUGH CREDIT CARD
7. CLASS OF SERVICE - AIRAVATH VOLVO.
8. MY LOGIN ID - madhusr
BASED ON THE CONFIRMED TICKET I REACHED VASHI AT 12 NOON, AND THE BUS DID NOT TURNED UP TILL 4.30 PM.
WHEN ENQUIRED I WAS SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT THIS BUS SERVICES WAS DISCONTINUED SINCE A WEEK BACK.
FORTYUNATELY I COULD BOOK A TICKET FROM M/S AMBER AGENCY- VASHI FOR AIRWATH VOLVO AND REACHED BANGALORE
AGAIN URPRISED TO UNDERSTAND E-TICKET ENQUIRY CANNOT BE HANDLED AT ANY OF THE KSRTC OFFICES, AND I HAVE TO DEPEND ON THIS SITE.
NOW REQUESTED TO REIUMBURSE THE SAME AT THE EARLIEST AND OBLIGE
