This is for your information that my relatives have gone to Mathura on 11.12.2010 in 'Kalinga Utkal Express' at S-10 seat no.-57, 58, 59, 60, 61 & 62 from Cuttack. There return ticket is made vide PNR no.- 2412387226 on 17.12.2010 from Mathura to Cuttack. At the time of onward journey on 11.12.2010, when they were boarding at Cuttack, one antisocial person introduce himself as a Railway staff and want to check ticket. Those persons are most innocent and not so literate. So, they gave both tickets, i.e., onward journey and return journey ticket to that person. At that time train started to run that person jumped from the train. In such a crucial position they told their problem to the T.T.E. who assured them there will be no problem to Jharsuguda and I will convey your problem to my reviler at Jharsuguda. That gentleman actual feel there problem and help them accordingly. They have not face any problem within Agra, but within Agra to Mathura there were five to six number T.T.E. came and putting continuous pressure for wanting money from them otherwise they will be punished by imprisonment. At last they paid Rs.600/- as bribe to the T.T.Es. within Agra to Mathura.
Now they have no money for return back to home. They wait in Mathura for return to their native place Kendrapara, Because their return ticket was taken by the anti-social at Cuttack station on 11.12.2010 which PNR was given above. But when I checked the above PNR, i.e., 241-2387226 on 13.12.2010, I found that the said ticket is in cancelled status. I want to know how a ticket is cancelled without knowing the name of the ticket holders, their age, their communication address and communication number which is required at the time of fill-up of Cancellation Form. So far as my knowledge if any one of the details of the passengers in a ticket is mismatch with the original ticket, it will not possible to cancel the ticket.
So, it is clear that some Railway employee working at Railway Counter also involved with the anti-socials for creating such type of nasty activities as a result general people always harassed. In that respect, I request to you please take necessary action against the anti-social and Railway staff involved in this matter for which in future this type of indecent may be minimized.
We communicate other people those have gone to Mathura with them and take necessary arrangement for making their return ticket on 17.12.2010. So, I further do hereby request to you please take the necessary action against the Railway staff who was cancelled the above ticket involving with the anti-socials in the Railway Station.
