I have trouble getting into pogo games for the 2nd week.I am a paid up member of Pogo and Aol and don't understand why.Oh, is it because I refuse to pay Java update?

I pay over $40.00 a year to play pogo games. for the past 3 weeks i can not get the games to open so i can play.i have a new computer only 1 year old. and i like to know why i can't get the games to play.Paying $40.00.for what??

pogo took money from my account and i did not authorize it. my credit card said they will take it off my account but i want to know why this company can just do that. i want that money back and i will do what i have to.

unable to get sound on any games you have- you told me to type in oberonmedia.com and it does not work for me. I was told to add this contact to my address book and I did-please contact me and tell me what to do . I've already contacted a computer expert at your company and they told me what to do and it doesn't work. HELP
