put money on my credit card
I had an opperation the 1st of November and was laid up. I could not get off the couch. Then all of a sudden when my December bill came in I was charged 43.19 on my credit card. I no longer use this credit card and would like it taken off. The last time I paid for Pogo games it was only $29.95. I don't understand how you can charge $43.19.I guess if it cost that much I will just cancel. Thank You, Sincerly, Sandra Koster

charging my credit card
This site has charged my account 39.99 for service I never asked for. Looking back for the year it seems they did the same thing to my credit card in November of 2007. This must be resolved as soon as possible. I've noticed there are several people with the same mistakes, so my question is how many will it take to stop this from happening?

freezing up, getting booted, not able to play games
They keep freezing games...booting you out, unable to connect to server when your halfway into a game and not able to play games. This is a free or pay site, I have paid for the games and the probs were solved tho now I find paying to play isn't worth it. So how can us nonpayers get all these prob solved so we can play like the players...without them doing all this shit to us nonpayers? It is unfair to those who wish to not pay to play. cant get into pogo club games
I paid for club Pogo games 1- month ago, now I cant acess my games, even after re regesitering under a different screen name and password.I cannot even get in contact with costomer service. I want my account canceled.I will not recommend pogo Games to any one else, I feel it was a rip-off.

banning me for something another player caused
I am a paying member of Pogo games, since 2001, I was playing a game of Texas Holdem, with other players, they all said be careful of this one player, she witll try to keep raising her bet over and over, and sure enough she just kept raising 4000, over and over so I called her an ass, well anyone else would to . oh by the way I did turn in a complaint against her first, then guess what I was the one banned from pogo games temparily, who knows what she said she was going to turn everyone in the room in for something or another, I am sure there were several that turned her in What should I do about this?
