cannot get online to play games
i am complaining about pogo games. i have been a member for several years and i connot get on to play. what is the deal. they sure do not hestitate to take the fee out of the credit card. someone needs to correct this issue.

billing me each for pogo and i have not been able to use it one time. i signed up for 1 time only. please take off my credit card asap.
i signed up for a one time deal which was 5.99. and they have been putting it on my credit card for the last 3 months. i have e-mailed they. and they still keep putting in on any way. please try to get this off. thank you margaret waddell

My account has an unauthorized debit from Pogo games and EA.com in the amount of $42.79. I did not purchase anything from the website and I would like to have the debit returned to my account.

Coment to help others
Trust me when I say those of you that have complaints about being booted out or pop up blockers.It is more than likely your computer.If your memory is not up to par to handle all the graphics you cannot play the games.No one will tell you this it took me almost a year to find it out.I had my comp.
redone with new memory card, had all popup blockers removed.Had my Sun Java re-installed and I have no more
problems.Of course sometimes the internet does get overloaded, but it doesnt happen to often.If you are not happy with Pogo, it is probably not Pogo, it is your computer not
able to handle all the graphics.Have your memory on your
pc checked out, so you can put your energy in the right directions.Just trying to help by saying Pogo is not always
and in most cases not the bad guy..
