Charged a game to my credit card that was not ordered nor received
On my credit card statement there is a charge for a
game in the amount of $39.99 on October 8, 2008. I did
not order or receive any game from Pogo!!!
There is no phone number that I can contact Pogo and
my credit card insists that I phone Pogo and dispute
this charge. I NEED information as to how I can contact you and start fraud proceedings if this is the case.

credit card -& game scam
after signing up on tue. 10-21-08 for 1 yr.promotion to lottso game they took my credit card no. and ran. it was suppose to be a 2 week trail before they would charge me $30.29. however they contacted my credit card co. the next day.
the next time i went into their game site something flashed across my screen and i no longer exist under my users name- koolmansc-which had always shown up to welcome me to their games. now i'm accepted as a guess only and all i get are games to sign up for that they want me to buy. koolmansc no longer exist

Payment of games
why are the people who would like to buy games from this place informed that they are located in GB? If I had known this no games would have been bought!! No I feel like I have compromised my credit card account, as well as been voilated by having every thing else!! What can do to fix this?

paid for games twice for ayear and only got 2months and got shut off
We purchased pogo games in September 16th and sept 20. We had the games for two months and then we were shut off. We tried the number on the computer and got no one.If there is another number to call please send so we can get this problem resolved. Thank you

recovering password
I joined Pogo as a member. When I signed in I gave my screen name but forgot password. So I clicked on "forgot password" and when I typed it in and clicked on it said "invalid email to send it to." Not true, they have it. Tried next day to contact them and said "wrong screen name". Today I contacted them again, (four times now) and asked them to recover my password. Still no reply. Am very frustrated. Customer service will not respond.

continual interruption of service
I have attempted to us this site on several occassions and on each and every game about half way through the game locks up. I have tried three different lap top computers two HP and a Dell and the same trouble occurs. I find no support for troublesome issues for pogo and want to resolve this issue.

I am a paid member and can't get on to the website
I am a paid member of club pogo and for the last 2 days I have been unable to get on their website thru AOL. The few times I have been able to get on I get bumped off. There is no customer service web or number I can call to resolve this. If this isn't resolved I want my membership fee returned.

Someone has taken my i.d.of D2045
Someone is using the same I.D.name as mine is D2045 and my password is sd001919.They are using lower case d2045 with password of 001919.I paid to play these games and since they have showed up my scores are getting mixed with theirs and my rank has changed on some of the games, I have 1, 280, 986 tokens.I'm retired and i am 67 yrs.young.Please fix this problem.THANKS, SHARON DARLING 2045 W. correct points for bingo
i have played free bingo games for a couple of years. i played today. and won 1500 points--it gave me only 770. this has happened once before. i have won just 2 0r 3 times and the last time it did not give me the points they said i had won.
