Unauthorized billing!
Club Pogo Charged my account one week before trial period. Every time I tried to cancel, I was cut off the system.

I was billed 4 times in 2 months!
They billed my visa for online games pogo/ea several times in 2 months. On nov.2,07 $5.99. On nov.6,07 $11.98. On nov27, 07 $5.99 and on Dec01,07 $5.99. This i scam, beware!

Scam and cheating!
I paid for 1 year. When i try to sign in they say my password isn't right even though they just sent it to me. I was logged on a few years ago maybe that is the mixup or scam... Anyway be careful!

Fraud charges!
They continue to take money from my Visa after I quit. Is this not illegal? How do they get away with it? Not a contact number my bank checked. I have put a fraud charge with my bank. I want to get rid of them.

Can't access game site
Pogo page doesn't come up and I've paid my monthly dues. I have Pogo page site on My Favorites and when I click on it I get a notice saying site can't be found. HELP...

Getting billed for club Pogo after cancellation
I was missed lead about charges when I joined Club Pogo. I was under the impression that the $29 plus charge was for a whole year. And I have never been able to get on any Club Pogo games. I cancelled it several months ago (more than 6 months ago) but I am still getting charged on my Discover card of $12.99 a month. Please help me get this off my account and get a refund for the whole time I was charged.

Unauthorized billing
I was miss lead about Club Pogo price. I thought the charge was for 1yr. but I've been getting debit charges monthly. About 6 months ago, I cancelled my account, I thought, but there is no clear way to cancel. I tried several ways. I want to cancel and get a refund for all that I paid, except the first charge. If the Club pogo people could look at my game play, they will see that I've never played the Club games because every time I try, I get an ad to Join club pogo???

Cannot get them to renew
I have sent over five emails to pogo to get my account renewed and they keep saying it's renewed-but I can't get into the members room to play. The last person to contact me is from a foreign country and I guess that person couldn't understand that I wanted to RENEW. I worked hard for three years to acquire my points and badges and I enjoyed playing on this site. I've never been in trouble with pogo and can't figure out why I can't renew. They JUST WON'T RESPOND OR FIX THE PROBLEM. What else can I do?
