ALWAYS: frame freezes in games. Can't get rid of blank screen without logging off. Getting really irritated.

On May 9th, 2009 which is today I am putting this complaint on I was barred from Pogo Games. I orignally joined Pogo on August 4th, 2004, and became a Club Pogo on 2006. Well my Club Pogo Expired after a month cause so called the credit card was not refundable or whatever. So I decided to become a Club Pogo again on May 7th, 2009. Of course 2 Days later I was Barred from Pogo Games.
What Happend:
I was in a room sort of messing around and all and this Perverted guy was making some weird comments. All was I said was Shut the fuck up you fucking pervert. Later that night I logged on and I was barred. The guy was talking about smacking my a** and licking my vag*na. I'm a guy and that's just pathetic. I don't want my kid online knowing all this stuff. SO DO NOT EVERY JOIN POGO!!! BACK AWAY FROM IT!!! POGO FAILS!!!

I HAVE PAID FOR POGO ON MY CREDIT CARD WHICH U PEOPLE ACCEPTED 5.99 FOR A MONTH TO BE ABBLE TO PLAY THE POGO GAMES AND EVERY TIME I TRY IT SAYS GAME LOADING AND NOTHING HAPPENS. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT AND NOT BE CHARGED FOR THIS ONE DAY OF AGGREVATION.

I purchased and downloaded a game from POGO.com on 2239. The game stopped working properly after a week. After troubleshooting my computer and software, I attempted to log on to their download support site. The site is having technical problems and will not load. I then submitted a service request to POGO directly. As they have done in the past, they have completely ignored my issue and closed the service request as if the problem has been solved. It has not been addressed or solved. Please see the original request(starts at bottom of page), response and re- request below:

In order for you to be able to play Pogo To Go games on your computer, you must make sure you meet the Minimum System Requirements for the games to run on your computer correctly. The following are Minimum System Requirements for Diner Dash:

* Memory: 256 MB RAM
* System: Pentium III 600 MHz or better
* Controls: Keyboard and a 100% Microsoft compatible mouse

I can no longer connect to pogo while playing diner dash. The game freezes and the only way I can get out of it is ctrl/alt/delete. I have attempted to go to the download help at Oberon media but their page will not load. I am not running any pop-up blockers and my java is up to date. The game was working fine until yesterday.
