can't open completely
I have been E-mailing pogo about my complaint, but I never get an answer. they're trying to get me more interested but I can't the basics completely. There is nothing wrong with my MAC computer as everything else works as it should. I try to open pogo to the card games, the puzzles, and the word games. They partially open with the score chart and the sound but the games stay white .therefore.no game. Occasionally they do open, but not predictably. There seems not to be a system. I had been getting the games regularly for months but twice the cut me of an made me re- register. Now I my third name and password and my tokens keep disappearing.

Cowardlly act from pogo employess
This complaint is against a pogo employee who goes by the name beta_pogo. I beat him in a game of 8 ball pool, and instead of taking it like a man...he started to cry about it. He called me a coward after i decided to leave to continue to watch my football game. I wasn't happy with his ignorant comments and decided to go back in and call him out for another game...He BITCHED out! He reset my points and hid from me like a coward.
Is this what pogo employees are all about?
I have never had a single problem with this company or its employees till now.
I want him removed and stripped away from his title.

i bought pogo 29.99 i can not get on it
i bought pogo subscription for 29.99. when i pull it up my screen name is on it then when i push play another screen comes up with out my name and that is the one that has all those intermission. i do not like the intermission kind i want ny money back if i can not get what i paid for thanks mary taylor

They got my money. I got nothing.
I paid for wordwhomp for a year and forgot my password.I asked them to send it to me and they haven't yet. It's beenthree weeks. I get other mail from them, but not my forgotten password. I've been robbed!
