No phone tech support
I submitted a complaint that I was having JAVA problems. I told them that I had uninstalled and re-installed. I also told them that I made sure it was enabled. They email me back on how to uninstall and reinstall. You would think that they could have phone tech support.
No where on the site can you find the tech support or customer support phone number.

Unavailability
I pay money to play Pogo. Why am I told not available or try again and all games are cut into with these messages? This sucks so much, beware people!

Pogo server problems
I have been a member of pogo since 2001, I have three memberships and in the last three months, pogo is constantly having server problems. Egames is owner of pogo and should be taken to task for this.

booting me off sue to being too busy
listen pogo i paid for a yearly membership if your site is to busy boot off players that arent members or refund cash also you should have an easier route to get feedback from customers

Wont work
My pogo will not work. It comes up but when it is loading it wont load and continue.

Suspension
I have being banned by pogo for saying to my opponent, I'm going for a fag. Obviously FAG in America must have a different meaning to us in Australia, we say it instead of cigarette. I mean if a person on pogo is going to report me for saying this (dreamyjenplayer), they need to get a life. So now I have to wait 72 hours to play.

Only available payment method is credit card
I tried Word Riot on pogo.com and I absolutely loved it. However, I was very disappointed that it wasn't a free online Club Pogo game. Club Pogo is expensive enough without having to pay for other games separately. Ok, so then I dealt with it and tried to purchase it. I input all my information and click on the continue bar to go to payment information. This is where I really got disappointed because I learned that the only available payment method is credit card. I do not own one and I do not want one. So this was a double whammy. Shame on you pogo x2.
