On May 2, 2008 I won the 4999 jackpot in Keno Pop on pogo. The screen came up to fill in the qualifying info, which I did. In answer to a question to EA support I was informed that the W-9 form for taxes would be mailed to me and congratulated on my win stating that the prize had been officially claimed. Eight days later I received an e-mail stating an audit had been done on my account and my prize had been forfeited due to cheating. They said they could not reveal any specifics, but they accused me of using some kind of bots or dots or something to cheat, that they didn't know when, that they didn't know how, but that I had done it. I have done nothing wrong or illegal and am very insulted by these bogus accusations just so they can justify their dishonesty in failing to pay out a legitimately won cash prize. A prize which, by the way, still shows up on my prize page as if they really paid out.

One review that I read said that players who have complained about this same topic disappear and never show up on pogo again which they thought seemed to make them look guilty. Consider this, I am writing this complaint and I won't be showing up on pogo again for the simple reason that I think pogo is a liar and a cheat AND I DON'T PLAY WITH THOSE KIND OF PEOPLE.

pinochle games in pogo is not working again..every time i try to play the game of pinochle, it never lets you enter the game or it freezes up on you and stays that way. this is unfair as a paying customer, i deserve to play the game i choose, without delays or interruptions. is something wrong with the pinochle game..and the spade game is doing the same thing..what's up? or money back please.

I am so unbelievably shocked on how pogo treats their members, I have been a member since last yr. Never if i ever faced a problem or been reported. I love playing Canasta and here recently there has been someone that keeps coming in the room I'm always playing in and starting trouble. They will wait till someone starts a game and if he sees it fit they will come to your table and instead of loading will just sit there to freeze tables so you can not play. Players in the Green Mile have had to resort into hiding in private tables, which to me is so totally unfair seeing how we pay all this money every year not including what we pay for gems. well EVERYONE pretty much in the room has reported this person and muted them numerous times. All that happens is they get suspended go get a pass make it red and come right back and do it all over again. Pogo has done NOTHING to resolve this matter what so ever. Was in the green mile all day yesterday watching players get abused and harassed. Well I guess it was once again my turn to be stalked, so I muted and reported. Like it did any good. He came back to my table, froze it, knocked three of us off and I said why do people have to be butts like that, 10 seconds later I was banned. Why is it that people like his can get away with murder in here and the victims suffer (after all stalking and harassing IS in their rules and regulations), its insane! Instead of emailing them AGAIN I decided to call, I finally got a hold of someone and was telling him what had happened in a very nice way all he could tell me was go to the home page and put in 3 numbers and report it that way that there was nothing he could do. I asked if their was a number to the people that I needed to contact and he said no sorry theres not thats the only way. Something needs to be done quick fast and in a hurry, I wished more people like the ones Ive seen on here would stand up for their rights and quit wasting their hard on money to be bullied. Let pogo know you wont stand for it.

Like so many other people who have written to other websites: I won a $5.00 prize on 01/31/2008. They sent me a confirmation email and I immediately filled it out anf returned it. On 02/15/08 I was sent a letter saying they had decided I had used a "cheat program" or "auto-run" program. I immediately responded as saying not true. They apparently think they can accuse you of any thing and get away with it. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the California Attorney General's Office. I have asked for all information under the Federal Freedom of Information Act and Pogo has ignored that law.

This is a great scam and apparently it is legal. They refuse to suspend you because then they can be prosecuted by your credit card company. I intend to notify the FCC next... somebody must know of a way to stop this scam and libelous behavior of an incorporated company "acting in bad faith".

I have with no sucsess to contact aol and pogo.
I have not played this game at all and for the past year it has continued to charge my credit card for 5.99 every month. Please stop i do not want to play this game . All you have to do is go on the pogo site and see i have not even logged on to play. I dont know how else to tell aol and pogo, I will have to cancelel my credit card that i have been with for years to get rid of pogo. again stop charging my card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
