They have taken the $39 fee out of my credit card twice. And I am still unable to play any games because they want me to pay again. I paid in April of this year/

I've been plying pogo for three years now. It says that you can win money even the JACKPOT! Well tonight I got a spin and it landed on JACKPOT it was green then it went another amount. It was 75 tokens. That is wrong. I should of won 3900 and change. I always had a feeling they we're liers and scammers.

bad customer service, harrassers, threatning people, and cyber bullies
i am here for 2 reason, and would like to mention this is my oppinio to. 1st i agree with what everything that Exorcism person about pogo and would like to add things. yes it's true all ea's after is money.
i find it very intense and chilling as soon as i am logged into there website that these things that people do as follows. I am tired of pogo allowing people to cheat, scam, threaten, harass and stalk others and doing nothing about the reports of abuse that people make only to ban the innocent victim. they can't even ban isp's, why? money that's why. let me ask you this would you like it if a random stranger came on and hacked you or stole your credit card and you are an innocent victim? i didn't think so. pogo reps say they care, NOT. let me tell you this if they cared so deeply and soooo much about you then they would listen to actual customers and ban all people i stated above's isp's. again another one of their evil money making scams. they say they give the best customer service, lol. jackpot spins i've seen numerous complaints about it being rigged, and them not paying their so-called loyal customers. how do we know it's not them getting players banned only to know good paying customers will sign up again. it's a scam to fool people. 2nd yes there is a guy named john harnish of novia scotia that terrorizes innocent victims. i am considering turning electronic arts into california distric attorney, and possibly other government officials. i have done nothing wrong and electronic arts needs to stop this. do not give them money, it will be a waste of your time. so who's in it with me to stop electronic arts and their money making scams?

games alaways freezing up
for the last three weeks alot of pogo games are freezing up in instantly or in two to three minutes. i ve never had this problem before and i had my computer checked and everything is okay except for pogo. what is going on.tried everything .

overcharged
I was charged twice for my yearly subscription, iv'e tried but to no avail to get any correct e-mail address to contact them and leave them know my problem.Can anyone help me please?

inappropriate debit
There was a debit made to a business account that I did not authorize. I do want a credit made and at least one of the charges that were received as an O/D.
These people seem to think they can do anything they please and not suffer the consequences. Something should be done about it.
At least do an investigation of some sort.

Canceling
I have been a memer for 7 years. I decided to cancel. I get no reply to have them stop charging my credit card!
Also you lose all your badges and gems and clothing and other things you have bought while being a member if you cancel your membership!!! This is such a scam! In the seven years I have not won anything but wallpaper!
Have heard they use fake names for winners and no one is ever paid out...BEWARE!!

unfair account termination
What I need to know is how on earth you can just "suspend" someone without asking for and getting their side of the story first. Three other people in that room were heckling and verbally abusing me just because I called people rude for not responding to an earlier question I asked of the room in general. I was raised well and manners were important and that includes answering a question someone asks you as opposed to outright ignoring them. Since when is it rude to demand basic civility and manners out of people ?
Also, you need to consider that there are lots of players out there who abuse the reporting system. If they don't like someone on general principles, they report them. If they don't agree or like what they are talking about, they report them. Maybe a rule about that should be put into the TOS. I think it would be a good idea. These people cannot be allowed to think that they dictate over other people on pogo.
As I said, I am furious. I was nearly done with my penguin blocks badge when the message that said I was barred came up and removed the game.
I would like an apology for this gross mistreatment, my time on that challenge extended and I would like to know that the reporting ones were punished for wasting valuable time. Also, I don't think this should take 24 hours or three days to resolve or however long it takes because I was barred from pogo within a single HOUR after being falsely reported. So in my estimation this can certainly be resolved within a similar time frame, I've told you what happened and that should be enough.
