it would be nice to see my name appear on the screen to when i win last year i won 100, 000 on monopopley 50, 000x2 points it was like i didnt exist i used mmy credit card to pay per month for the time being to see if i woulsd enjoy playing pogo.com so far nothing but trouble

My dear friend was reported for improper language in a game on Pogo.com. The person that complained popped in, reported the abuse and left. It was pure harrassment.
My friend would never type anything to offend any player. There are witnesses that were there at the time of the "offense". Furthermore, she sent me the warning that was issued by Pogo.com. It was riddled with "*&%#$^@#$% ...what are they saying in their warnings? Are they being more offensive than than some sweet, loyal, long-time member that was chatting about the weather? Pogo.com needs to get their act together. I see players that are abusive, get booted by Pogo.com, then come back with (1) minor change to their screen name. They (Pogo) aren't interested in the real offenders, just in the so-called offenses reported by some hag that's just looking for drama to complete their day.

u nable to connect to games
Been a member of pogo.com for 5 years, last 2 months unable to enter game tables, error message-could not load games images. I spent 3.5 hrs at one setting with HP trying to resolve this problem, also consulted AOL my internet, I was told that AOL had cut all ties with Pogo. I have tried to call pogo, unable to speak to a live person. I have paid my member ship for 1 yr, expires 10-14-09. I would like a refund for 2.5 months. I really enjoyed Pogo games, with winter coming I am already having withdraws. Thank you,

I, too, have a major complaint with Pogo.com or EA Games. They did not inform me of any upcoming renewal charges and I did not find out about it until I saw the charges on my credit card bill. It was not on there once, but twice! They charged then refunded and then charged again. My husband was furious and it is ridiculous that I cannot just cancel and get a refund. This is absolutely ludicrous and obsurd! I should be allowed to choose if I want to continue membership and if not, I should get a refund of time not used. I will not be renewing again. Pogo sucks!!

charge on my credit card without permission
i charged on my credit card last year 29.99 for one year of playing games on pogo.com and now they didnt even ask me if i wanted to renew for a year. they just billed my credit card and i am very mad about this being done. they need to ask before doing the charge . other wise that is fraud... what can i do there is no phone # for this company thank you LINDA BURKE

games not loading
I pay for premium pogo games, but they won't load. I have turned all the pop up blockers off, up dated my java, lowered my fire wall's but still can't get some of the games to load. Why is it some games load and other's don't load? Spend less time and money developing mini's and bs that we really don't need and fix your games please.

I WAS CHARGE FOR POGO CLUB GAMES AND I DID NOT GIVE EA GAMES AURTHORIZE TO DO SO. MY YEAR IS NOT UP AND I WANT YOU TO REPLACE IT BACK ON MT CARD. E-MAIL THE MINUTE MY DUES ARE DUE. DO NOT USE MY CARD AGAIN.

Failure To Provide Quality Service
Pogo has failed to maintain and provide service for its subscription customers. The games are constantly operating poorly, boot players consistently and failing to provide credit for games played quite often. If you contact their support you get a standard answer of "clean your cache and your java" even though you are doing it on a regular basis such as each game played cleaning cache and each hand played cleaning java. You tell them this in your email to support and they still come back with the standard answer. You may recieve an error message quite often of "not enough memory" but I have doubled my memory. No one will deny that the site has the best games online and having made many friends thru the site it is my only contact with them but the Pogo failure to maintain a quality site makes it hard to stay in contact and prevents one from cancelling membership. All I ask is maintain the site better so as to make the games more enjoyable. As far as jackpots go do not mean a thing as dont believe them anyway, just get the site running properly as this is the ONLY website that gives me problems.

Double charge for service
On 4/25/2009/I became a Club Pogo member. I used my Amex card to pay the yearly fee of $39.99. Was able to play for about a week . After that I had no access to Super Dominoes the game I like. Yesterday I signed again and was charged another $39, 99. I need a refund since my AMEX bill came today and the original fee was char
