Not able to use games
I have played as a member of ClubPogo.com for a few years. In the lst 5 months, I cannot stay connected to the site or it's contantly freezing. I pay good money to play these games and it sure rubs me the wrong way when this system fails. I've tried to register complaint on their web site and I haven't recieved a single answer. I've updated the Java and I make sure that my popup blocker is disabled. Other game sites aren't effected. I've had it!!!

Erased download
I don't have a complaint. I need information on how to get another download for my Gold Miner Vegas game that I mistakenly deleted. I purchased it on line through AOL Games. I lost the information to re-download.

Fraud & scam
I've posted before about being denied my jackpot win but I wanted to update the "saga". It's now been three months since my win, the BBB has closed my case because I won't accept EA's excuses and EA won't answer the BBB anymore. But just today(7/5/08) I got a letter back from the California Attorney General's office. It's just a form letter but in short it says they will keep the info open and look into EA if they get enough complaints. Go online to California.gov and look for the link to the AG. Everyone who has been cheated complain to them, they will listen if they start to get more complaints! If we all start complaining the EA will have to own up to this.

told I cheated, denied prize
I too won a prize, $10, then got an email saying I was being denied for cheating. After almost two months of back and forth with them I have filed a complaint with the FTC. They will not do anything directly but they enter the info online and if enough complaints are received an investigation will be started by the local authorities. Please, anyone who has been denied UNFAIRLY, go lodge a complaint with the FTC. Maybe we can get CA's attorney general to look into why so many people don't get paid.

Scammed
I was just auditing my credit card and noticed that for the past 2 months I have a charge for 12.99 each month from EA/Pogo.com
I went to the site to try and located what this might be and found no way to contact them except to create some kind of Screen Name. So I did, Then I requested confirmation of thes2 months charges and asked that they be refunded as I made no such purchase. for email later all I get is I need the original Screen Name, Account Name, Email address on the Original Account and Billing Zipp, Credit Card Number and Credit Card Billing Name. Since they charge my CC I see no reason to provide the Credit Card info. The other stuff I never created and as such do not have. What a Scam I have never been to Pogo.com proviousy and will never recommend this junk to anyone. I keep gett asked to provide this info inorder to get any kind of assistance.

Scammed out of jackpot!
Hello... On March 28th while playing thousand island solitaire I was awarded a jackpot symbol on the spinner, the game proceeded to the summary screen which then said I had won 800 tokens. There is no explanation for this however pogo has offered me the following excuses. That "sometimes the spinner screws up and awards nothing"... that "sometimes you lose internet connection and the spinner stops on jackpot but you really don't win it"... and that "although you may have been awarded a jackpot sign, does not mean you've won it unless it shows up on the prize pages" These are direct quotes from EA support on why I was not awarded the jackpot. I plan on contacting an attorney to resolve this matter as I have the time and money to do so. I feel sorry for those that this has happened to that can't afford to pursue the issue. Your support would be appreciated as the more people who know that pogo is capable of scamming you the better. Don't be next...
Sincerely,
Driifwood.

Account disabled!
I was a member of pogo for for a little over 4years. I wasn't able to pay to pay when my subscription was up. After a few months of playing free games, my account was disabled. I was told it was because of fowl language in a game room. This could have been true, if it is, it was someone that was playing under my screen name. Sometimes when I have company I let them play under my name. Even so, the word they disabled my account over wasn't worse than what I've been called on this site. I reported them and they were able to keep right on playing. I bet if I renew my subscription I my account won't be disabled. Pogo is a joke. I wish there was a class action law suit against them.
