Unauthorized charges
charged credit card $42.79 with no authorization from customer. www.ea.com which appears on credit card statement is a completely useless site--impossible to use to contact any one. No phone nos. available. When you get a screen to send an email--it will not accept your e mail at send. For novice computer users this is all a freaking nightmare. I don't want pogogames but I can't seem to cancel them anywhere, either in Pogo's site or in EA' site. Help Help Help I do not want to have to cancel my credit card just to stop them.

blocked from free games
i was playing on a free game site then offered trail free club games and now i am blocked from all games, on pogo.

Joining Club Pogo and can't play
We were playing free games on Pogo. We really liked one of the games so I decided to join Club Pogo for $29.95. After I gave that information, we can't get on Pogo any more. The site just freezes up so we can't get on. I have sent many E-mails to them trying to stop the transaction as I didn't want to pay for something I can't get. The only way we can play the game any more is through an E-mail that they had sent us and that is it and sometimes we have trouble getting that. Of course they already took the money out of our account. Any information on how to get ahold of them would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

can't geconnected
For some reason, I cannot get connected to pogo games, even though I have paid or a whole year.
I receive it throughFirefox on my computer but get this messge: "OX7c91018" referenced memory at "OX02810010" memory could not be read.
I want to get back to playing my games.

pogogames took money out of my account without me knowing about it and I do not want this to happen again

unauthorized amount for year of games on my credit card
I did not authorize Pogo to charge 39.99 to my credit card. My contract with pogo expired in July, 2008. It was renew without my knowledge.d1
