I hired Diop Kamau and his associates at the Police Complaint Center to help me deal with ongoing harassment by the local police who are friends of my ex-husband. I hired and trusted the PCC based on the fact that they were linked to other legitimate law enforcement websites and also because of the award-winning investigations they advertised on their website. Instead of helping me, they convinced me that I needed to purchase numerous expensive goods and services that I either never actually saw or which were always delayed. When I realized I'd been defrauded of over $60, 000.00, I confronted them and was threatened, stalked, harassed, and libeled repeatedly: Kamau tried to extort an additional $8, 000 from me; one of his employees emailed me a death threat and sent me another email that contained a copy of 2 pages of my private fax to an attorney he'd somehow illegally obtained; Kamau threatened illegal invasions by his employees, the local police, AND my ex-husband of our home to remove illegal surveillance devices; my SSN was used without my knowledge to make a purchase from Pre-Paid Legal Services (a company Kamau is a commissioned salesman for that is currently under a federal fraud investigation); and MUCH MORE. Kamau has contacts in other states, as shown by the copies of 2 of my check backs (which were converted to wire transfers without my knowledge), yet the FBI has refused to do anything to stop him! (because he trains police officers at FSU and FL A&M?).
