ordered on the 11th of november, billed on the 12th by the 21st I had no information, called and was told they were overwhelmed, called again on the 28th got the same answer, started checking and did not like what I found
the address is not the big building shown on the website, it is a home, don't let the sales person fool you into thinking there is a large staff.. on the 3nd of dec I called to cancel my order, and was told I would get a refund, on the fourth I was told it was no processed yet, after the weekend and still no luck I notified the local police department, who already have an investigation ongoing for this company. on 9 dec I got a call from the 847-459-9033 number and a male that did not identify himself told me he would be refunding my money. It is the 12th and still no money, fortunatly I did use a credit card and the card company is processing a fruadulent charge claim
