I took my BRAND NEW WHITE Dinner Coat ( Bought the day before ) that is for my wedding in 5 DAYS to them to have the wrinkles taken out and altered. When I went to pick it up it was a DINGY YELLOW COLOR with black marks all over it and not even altered yet. It was in one of those red laundry bags all crumbled up. I told them it was unexceptable and and I ask to speak with the manger. The owner was there although he speaks no english so I was told to contact the store manger . Who ofcourse is no help. I would not recommend that you take you clothes here. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I am submitting a complaint with the IFI, http://www.ifi.org which ofcourse they are not members of.. Which explains everything. We will send the a certified letter asking that they pay for a new coat ( Who would get married in a dingy yellow coat ?) When I asked the manger if he wold get married in that coat he did not respond. In the meantime I will leave the coat a the cleaners so they can't turn it around and say that we damaged it and not them .I will be taking a picture of the coat that the cleaners has and the new coat that I am to pick up tomorrow . I have all my receipts of the when I purchased the orignal and when I dropped it off at the cleaners. Cause believe me they did try and say that I had damaged my on coat that was still in the bag from Al's with Tags on it !!! ! If they do not respond to the letter then we go to small claims court .
