To Whom It May Concern,
I was given a Polo Handbag (description black and brown bag, bag nr 074850001) as a birthday gift on the 02 March 2011. (Bag was bought on the 01 Mar 2011)
About 2 weeks ago I saw that the sticthing under the zip is starting to frazzle and now (1 week later) the stitching has come undone.
As we pay alot of money for Polo products, I have been told that the handbag will be sent to the suppliers and I have to wait 3 weeks for the bag. Why can the bag not be replaced?? I had the original receipt to show that we had bought the handbag at that perticular store.
When I walked out of the stor, the sales lady told the sales gentleman that this is the 2nd Polo bag to be returned to the shop. What is going on? Are we buying Polo products that are not up to standard and we still pay an arm and a leg??
I am very dissapointed in the product, I have always regarded Polo to be of high standard, but after hearing that this was the 2nd handbag to be returned, I feel that I need my bag replaced as resticthing it will just not be good enough.
