I bought a 48 inch by 18 ftpool last year at this time at your store. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty on it. I called warranty people and told them I have rip in pool cover. I was told by them they dont't cover the pool cover, to call manufacturer which I have been trying for a WEEK. Polypool has a recorded message that says all lines are busy for 45 minute wait. You can't stay on line for they say call back. When you call back the same message all the time 45 minute wait and please call back. I hope you may able to help me for I shop often at your stores and bought this warranty plan in good faith.
