Overcharge of account
I ordered the trial products of Pom Clear for $4.95. I was subsequently charged $44.95 for three months consecutive. I called the company & e-mailed them and got bogus response that they were going to cancel the orders. They never cancelled it, so i turn I had to cancel my debit card and file a claim through my bank. I recently recieved the money back after 5 months of pursuing this issue. I recommend that people not order anything from these companies and if you take that risk then read the fine print.

Unauthorized billing
I ordered the "free" trial offer of Pom Clear under the guise of "just pay for $4.95 for shipping" and, so far, I've been charged for $39.95 plus the 4.95, and also been charged for Acai Pure, which I didn't even order, another $39.95, plus $4.95 for shipping. I cannot get through to the company AT ALL, to get these charges reversed.

I ordered free product, find out I can not take it, because I am in a research study for MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS ! I then send it back and I keep getting more, more and billed!
HOW DO I STOP THIS ?????

fraud
I have sent messages using their own message area 2 x telling them to cancel and not send anymore. I was charged 2 x in November and did not receive any item and after I sent 2nd message in December I got a pacakage which I refused delivery via us mail. I have trie to contact on phone but keep getting message that a 73 minute wait (or64, 72, etc) and I tried to wait that long but had to give up due to other commitments. I have asked Credit card company to refuse to pay but now they are trying to get out of it also. Company is a fraud and rip off.

fruad, undeliverd products
Ordered product for $4.95 but when I received product there were 2 extra items and the bill was 44.95. Called but there was a 40 minute wait. Emailed the suppot and told them the cancel the product and asked for a return number. Returned the product but the company has since charged me 3 more times and has not not given me credit for the products I sent back. I have not received any other products for the money they have charged me.

Unauthorized bank charges
Don't know how they acquired my debit card no. must have intercepted
through another on-line purchase. Received unwanted merchandise via
mail. Returned merchandise and was charged twice w/o receiving anything. When I called they were rude and told me I have to pay for
purchases no matter what. They say they have no record of returned
merchandise(yeah right)! I have never dealt with such out and out thieves. What Co. doesn't have a return policy with a refund. How dare they question and doubt unauthorized access to my bank account. Who the hell are these people and why hasn't the authorities been notified.
Since when is it alright to access someone's bank account no questions asked? I have made a complaint through BBB of Arziona and my bank is
investigating the unauthoried charges. If there is any way of sending
info to Citibank re: this Co's fraudulent past I would appreciate it in
order to strengthen my case.

Canceled immediately after making order
I canceled minutes after ordering and my account was still charged $4.95, I thought it would be credited back once it was noticed, but almost a month later my account was debited $39.95, I called to complain and it was told that all she could refund to me would be $20.00, which was short 19.95. My account was debited again for $44.90, I called once more and, I was told to write return to sender on the package and the initials nu so it would come to her. I was later credited 33.95, I responded and let them know this was not accepable but have not received a response nor can I reach anyone on the phone, I am still short $35.85 and want my money back. Please don't fall for this scheme, do not order any products from this company no matter how appealing it may seem.

Billed for products never order or received
This company is a scam. I ordered, paid for the product online once. I received the order but the next month I was billed again. I never authorized the charge and did not receive any product.
When I tried to contact them, the hold time was 78 minutes. I was directed to a website, but you can only submit the cancellation if you have the order number which I don't because I did not order the product!!! What a scam!

YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A HUMAN BEING ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE TO ACTUALLY CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. IT IS LIKE A 55 MINUTE HOLD TIME...RIDICULOUS!
