Never received product Charged card 2 times
Ive tried numerous times to contact them I never recieved the product and theyve charged my card twice. I finally talked to a guy after being on hold for 65 min and he said to find the product and send it back and they "MIGHT" send me some of my money. I told him I never received it and he said "prove it". So unprofessional.

please cancel-hard to reach by phone
I want to cancel more orders and return the last one I've gotten. Probably impossible to reach by phone. 1 888-692-8352. when I can get through the line, I'm told my wait time will be 70 minutes and 34 seconds. I'm still on hold, listen ing to horrible torture music.

charging me without notice and can't get thru to anyone.
I order a free sample bottle and when it came it also came with 2 other items I did not order. Now I check my card balance and find out they charged me another months shipment. I can't call because the recording always says the wait will be 30 or minutes every time. I tried emailing and still no response. I am really pissed off. Something should be done about this.

canceled same day as 1st mail trial offer
The same day the trial free order came, I canceled the order to prevent a charge of 40 bucks to my account. The number called was electronically coded but they do not provide a transaction number when canceling.
Sure enough, the company has now billed my credit card of which I will have to contact my bank and have them investigate.
Don't order from this company, they are scammers!

charging for a membership
pom clear and easy saver has been charging me for meds and membership that i did not order and did not sign up for the membership. i already called and told them to take me off the membership. But it has not happened. What can i do

sending product that didnot approve
placed an order for pom clear, a week later got a call from the company wanting my feeling on there product, told them i did not feel any changes and would not buy anymore. they sent another month supply and billed my card with a bill statement that said if i return the order they will still charge me 15% for restocking fee. I also placed a order for my son Gary King & they did the same thing to him.

Overcharged Amt/nsf fees
Overcharged my bank account for $44.95 instead of $5.95 and added Hoodia water and gum which I didnt even order which in turn gave my nsf fees through my bank because i didnt have the funds for that amount.

charged 14.95 on credit card
I ORDERED A TRAIL SAMPLE OF POM CLEAR AND THE NEXT THING I KNOW THEY ARE BILLING ME $14.95 A MONTH FOR EASY SAVER AND SENT ME ANOTHER MONTHS SUPPLY FOR $44.90 WHICH I NEVER ORDERED. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THE EASY SAVER IS. SO I GOING TO TRY AND GET MY CREDIT CARD REFUNDED.
