Scammed
I ordered Pom Clear's FREE trail and received things I never ordered to the tune of $44.95. After reading the brochuere I saw that it is automatically sent unless you take out the check marks which their NASTY representative told me if I would open my eyes and read what I was doing then I would see I had ordered it. We sent it back right away because I did not want it. Instead of getting a credit on my account they charged me with an additional $39.95 stating that this was becAuse I didn't return it within 12 days. Well, I did but they claim they never received it. I was shocked to find out that really I had ordered over $80.00 worth of products and they are unwilling to admit that they received it back and I am suppose to pay for it. I have turned it over to my charge card company but I have a feeling that I will still end up paying for the junk they sent me. This is nothing but a SCAM.

Unsatisfied Csutomer,
I ordered the free PomClear product in August 2008, returned the product in August 2008. I was mailed the free 14 trial offer plus other products that I did not order. I mailed the products back to PomClear per their instructions, with the understanding that the charge of $39.90 would be removed from my credit card. I have a Return merchandise Authorization number. In September the charge appeared on my monthly statement. I have tried several times to contact PomClear through the support line but have not been able to speak with anyone. What is the consumer suppost to do?

scam from Central Coast Nutra
Tried repeatedly for 2 weeks to contact company and also e-mailed numerous times and never was able to contact Central Coast Nutra nor did I receive a return e-mail. Three charges on my credit card within 30 days and I never received anything from this company. This is nothing but a scam and should be
booted off the internet period. Whom ever is running this scam should be arrested to make a point that if you run a scam on the internet you will pay the price.

charging my account with out authorization
I authorized only 4.95 for shipping. They have now charged my account for 49.95 twice. Unauthorized. HELP

Never been able to reach Co., and never recieved product after first payment was drafted from account.
Never recieved Pom Clear product after monies was drafted from account.. Also was never able to get in touch with Co.

overcharge- no product
I too order this trial, I never received the trial instead they charge my account $44.85 and I have yet to receive anything!!! No customer service- by phone or by email. DON'T GET SUCKERED into this- you will only have many hassels - no I have to call my bank and see if I can get the charges taken off. VEry unhappy.

sent products after I cancelled
I ordered Pom Clear, the 14 day trail. Didn't like it. I called to cancel, but when I checked my bank statment there was a deduction for another order. You can never get anyone on the phone and the web site doesn't work. I wilol be getting my bank on this and they will file a complaint also. That company sucks. I'm going to e-mail Oprah to let her know what is going on.

dishonesty
I want to add my complaint to the others I have seen. There are boxes to uncheck that are not readily visible. I was charged 41.85 when I was advised I would get a free sample with only $1.95 shipping. The product still has not arrived and I was told that I had to send to back before they wouldcredit my account. Beware. I finally got an agent on the phone who was unpleasant and unhelpful.

No Product No Service
I ordered what was supposed to be a sample and only be charged $4.95 for shipping. They charged me $44.85 for an order. I have tried to reach them several times by email and by phone, but never get a response and have not received the product either.

You can never reach the company either by phone or Email
I have been calling and emailing over a week to cancel the product Pom Clear as I am not taking this. I had to cancel my bank card to prevent them from charging my account and removing money.
