Order canceled . Refund not received

ON 12/13/08 this company billed and shipped product to me and charged my visa account $88.97. I returned the product immediatly unopened, and tried calling the company to cancel and get a refund issued to my account. Phone numbers went nowhere. E-mail response tells me I didn't cancel in the allotted 15 day time, so I was responsible for the charges. I was also charged twice for the same product, which was returned unopened from a company called FWN Labrotories 866-949-0138 for $87.13. They said they had nothing to do with the other company, but their reasoning was the same thing. That I had not cancelled in the 15 day period. These people are scamming the public, selling a placibo, and covering themselves with a fraudulant disclosure.

I ordered a free trial from colon 700 and just found a charge on my account for 88.97 and another for 66.95. I have not received any products for these charges and it looks like I'm not the only one.

We like so many others on this on this site were subjected to the injustice put upon us by Pomacaiclense / Colon med 700 and all the other "Brand names" attached to this gang, we too were charged 80 some odd dollars that we never authorized, they of course say that we had to agree to the terms and conditions, 0r the web site would never have processed the order.

They also say that every one else that had ordered the products were satified customers, not likely from what I see here, however we did have limited sucess.


We just finished with no less than 8 E-Mail's in an attempt to recover the money charged from our account without authorization, the tone of the majority of these E-Mail were very aragant and be-littleing on the companys part.

We did though manage to get a partial refund "promised not recieved yet" of 34.99, this was only after advising the company of our intent to complete a criminal complaint with our local lawenforcement as well as the bank.

The next communication from the company was quite a bit more tame and included the partial refund, which we accepted just to be done with this mess, I wish all cought up in this swindle all the luck, and keep after them.

I should have researched more before ordering. I have ordered the Acai Berry and Colon 700 for FREE trials as it advertised. I was charged $4.99 for S&H for the Colon 700, then another $88.97 in 2 weeks. I did not purchase any additional products from this PomacaiCleanse (?) company, nor authorized any further charges. There's no wordings stating that you will be charged $XXX after the free trial. When I received the free bottle, there's no receipt, no pamphlets, no information whatsoever coming with it, I don't even have a 1-800 number to call and complain. I did have a email from this company and has replied complaining about this unauthorized charge. From all the other complaints on these website, this company seems to have multiple addresses and names. This company definitely is a fraud!!!
