extra billing
sent trial bottle. did nothing, billed my account $90. Barclay card fraud called to see if I had authorized charges. I told them no. They said it would be taken care of. Statement arrived with charge on it. I called Barclay and they are going to do nothing. So why did fraud call ??????????????

unauthorized charge
I ordered a trial sample of the product and only had to pay shipping and handling then 15 days later there was a charge of 88.97 on my account that I did'nt authorize I want that amount to be credited back into my account.Thank-you J oanne Johnson

I saw a Oprah show that talked about Colon 700 colon cleanse being the best.
I ordered trial for 4.99, and did not tell me that I was giving my ok to continuing to take 88.97 + 1.00 for future orders for life, or till I cancel order online.

Charged account without authorization
Product POMACAICLEANSE charged my bank account without authorization. Conveniently left off entire phone number. No way to get a hold of directly.

debit card charged twice, no product received.
I ordered acai cleanse Dec 4th. My debit card was charged but I never received anything. When I tried to call, I got an automated response. Just now I checked my bank statement I was just charge another $88. plus dollars and...I did not receive anything. I was told by the add my card would not be charged until the order was shipped. Does anyone have any contact info on these people. I need a phone number and address. This is so wrong, to do this to people especially at a time like this.

STOLE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT
I ORDER A BOTTLE OF COLON 700 FOR LESS THAN 5.00 AND THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT 88.97 WHICH I DID NOT HAVE IN THE BANK I HAD TO PAY THE 88.97 PLUS THE OVERDRAFT FEE OF 35 DOLLARS THAT WAS MY KIDS CHRISTMAS MONEY HOW CAN THESE PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH THIS.

Unauthorized charges
I had ordered a trial basis acai berry which is for loosing weight. I had also ordered colon 700. They were both trial basis. There was a charge to my account for 3.95 and one for 4.95 plus another 1.00 for I cannot remember. Anyhow I ordered this online...I dont remember seeing anything that they will continue to charge you for 88.97 and 89.00 something for more bottles. And then they sign you for counseling which is called www.fit.fac.com. I panicked I called my bank and told them that I have not authorized any of the extra charges. I will not accept this I refuse for them to take my money without my consent. I was fired from my job as is I still do not know if I can qualify for unemployment! I am a single mother of a four year old, and I do not get child support! This is a lot of bull crap!!! After I spoke to my bank they suggested that I call the numbers that appeared on the charges so I did. I screamed at them and demanded to reimburse me! I told them that I was going to call the better business bureau. They told me that they would refund me, but they are crooks...All I can do is hope that they return it. Who in the heck can afford to be bsd around. No one has money. I do not need stupid fraudaulant companies dicking around with the little money that I have.

FRAUD!!!
I wish I would have read reviews online before ordering this product. I ordered a sample of this on Nov 13th for 4.99. My card was charged right away. After 2 weeks had gone by I called the 800 number and complained. I was promised that my order had been canceled and my card would not be further charged. Today my card was charged $89.23. When I called the toll free number I was put on hold for 23 minutes and then told that I could not get refund and there was no supervisor. I called back again, after another long hold time I was told yes there was a supervisor and was put on hold for 23 minutes and then hung up on. I called back yet again to sit on hold for 47 minutes!!! Finally I got a VERY rude man on the phone. I still can not believe the way that he talked to me. I have worked for 12 years in Customer Service and I would NEVER speak to a customer that way! He told me that really it didn't matter to him what I had to say and that I had ordered his product on the internet what did I expect? FINALLY after begging him to track the package he then realized I hadn't received it. His exact words to me were "your account will be credited back the money, I am done hearing you" and he hung up!! Now I am in worry that my account will not be credited, with such poor customer service how will I get my money back????

Debited account for $88.97 & did not authorize this
I ordered 1 bottle of Colon 700 all natural colon cleanse at the price of $4.99 plus $1.00 with no other obligations and have now been charged $88.97. I tried calling the number that came through on my bank statement and it's just music playing.

Got another dummy ME!
Order stupid Berry's online, Got hit with weird charges THEN credit card company called and said they stopped charges from ISRAEL! We had to stop our card and get a police report. Bummer! How can I run this scam and live on suckers?
