saw program on Oprah, ordered the trial but never received, since then have been charged three additional times but have never received a single pill. I will have to cancel my debit card since no one answers their telephone. I am angry!!!

Same as all the other complaints. Ordered the "sample" bottle. Was charged and have yet to receive the regular bottle, which I did not order. Sent email to cancel any orders. Follow up phone call- was told that the email doesn't count. Will not accept unopened bottle if I returned it. Very little info as far as contacting company.

I ordered a sample of pomacaicleanse back in October anad did not like the product. However on December 8, 2008 this company drafted $88.97 out of my checking account overdrawing it without any order or without my permission.

my name is gina paul, i was on my computer just browsing around and all over myspace and facebook was an add for acai berry and colon clease stuff and was on oprahs show. well me, someone who NEVER takes pills or does any of these diets just clicked on it to get somemore info about it. i did however order the free trial for 4.95 . i am 39 years old and have been battling weight loss for years after 3 children. they made it look SO good!!! well, not only did i not receive anything but i was charged 88.97 for it. i want to know how in the world can you do something like that to people who are so upset about their weight and want to try something to help them. not only am i depressed about being overweight but now i get charged 88.97. i MUST be reimbersed that money they took from my account. i ordered the free trial for 4.95 NOTHING for 88.97 people like this should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to innocent people!! I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!ASAP!!!

Checked my bank account one day and BOOM!!! $88.97 for no apparent reason. I need my money back and lets shut this place down!!!
