You order a free trail and they keep shipping more products and charging your credit card they should be shut down thrown in jail they keep shipping you more and more products no matter how many time you try to cancel they are ruthless should be thrown in jail.

4.95 was what i was told i would be charged for 30 day free trial. Was sent hoodia water and hoodia gum which i did not order and was charged 44.85! Now Pomclear is charging my card and not sending anything! like four extra charges now!

did not order any of the products i have received over a period of months. i was tending to a ill family member and have not been home. i want all charges to my account removed and credited to my bank account. i will return all products i have received unopened by us mail within a four day period . i started with this co. to try and get a x-box 360 for my grandchildren.(which i was never allowed to complete). i do not want or need the products you have been sending for the last months. please remove my name and account from your records and credit the account that you have been charging them to.also please send an e-mail to [email protected] to confirm receipt of this e-mail and let me know that we can close this problem. respectfully, GARY GOODMAN

FOR OVER A WEEK, I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THIS COMPANY . iT HAS CHAARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A SHIPPMENT OF SOMETHING THAT i DID NOT ORDER NOR RECEIVE FOR $39.95. oRDERING ONE $4.95 TRAIL, I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING ELSE AND INFORMED THEM THAT THIS WAS A ONE TIME ORDER. I DID NOT WANT ANYMORE SHIPMENT OF THEIR PRODUCT WHICH I DID NOT GET; ONLYA CHARGED ON MY ACCOUNT. I CAN NOT GET THROUGHT TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.This is fradulaent.

Ordered Pomclear back in late October and got products I didn't realize I was getting. I was charged for the extra products. The only way to return is to get a return number from them. I got that # and sent everything back. Now they say they never got it and have charged me for two more months shipments, which I just got one of this week. They say they by law have to send the one I didn't get. And I will have to return it too. Which they will probably say they didn't get them either.
