Charge for Items Not Ordered
Offered free trial with charge of $4.95 for shipping. Website gave no inication of other proucts. When shipment arrived, there were 2 extra items and an additional charge of $39.90 charged to my card. Wonder if Oprah knows with her endorsement of this product, people who trust her have been ripped off by this company? I will file a complaint with the Attorney General of their state.

unauthorized charges
LIKE MANY OTHERS I WAS CHARGED 44.00 AND $ 38.95 for shipment of products i did not order. a $ 9.95 PACK OF GUM A $ 29.95 2 OZ BOTTLE OF HERBAL WATER..THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND I HOPE THAT OTHERS WON'T BE AFFECTED..I HAD TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD AND GET A NEW ACCT, 3 BECAUSE OF THIS SCAM

I Didn't order product,stop order+charges
I didn't order Pomclear for thirty days. I only ordered and paid for one bottle. My credit card
was charged $44.90 and a 25.00 overdraft fee. I'm now paying $69.90 for a product I didn't order. The order #1255863 is canceled via this complaint. Please do not charge my account again.

bugus overcharge
I ordered a free sample for my wife, only had to pay shipping of $4.95 and received a number of products I did not order as well as a billling to my credit card in the amount of $44.85. This is a bogus company and product and the owners and operators need to be prosecuted! Outrageous!!

Received a bottle of POMClear which I did ot order
I ordered a sample of POMClear after watching the Opra Winfry show.It was to be a free trial.I was sent another bottle of POMClear that I did not order. My account has been charged $44.90. I tried to call customer service number many times to get the RMA number, I could not get thru. I had no other choice but to return the bottle to them before hitting my account.

i had not gotten my products and i was charge a full price for the items the same day before the trial start. also no 500.00 gift card as promise.

can't get through to re-order
I agree completely that no company has the right to automatically sign me up for future shipments and auto charges to my accounts. I am disappointed to find that Central Coast Nutra. Inc. is such a company, and has used such poor business practices that all you can reach on the phone and on line is the compliant department. I tried the Pom Clear and by golly it works. At least for me and I am no new comer to health and diet aids. I am now forced to try to find it somewhere else. Wise up Central Coast I think the product is great. Stop worrying about next months profits and treat your customers as you would want to be treated. How many of your employees, CEOs, stock holders want money taken out of their accounts by whoever for whatever. Try selling and allowing the consumer to reorder as they need and can afford.

charged for items not ordered.
I did not order any products from this company. I was supposed to receive a risk
free trail size bottle of pomclear, they sent me products of Hoodiburst gum and
Hoodiawater, I did not receive this package until Oct 7th, they also charged my
credit card before anything was received. I tried to get intouch with this
company they do not answer their phones. I have sent the entire package back
to them. I also have removed all charges to my account.

overcharge
This company is a rip off! They overcharge me. I used my debit card for just the Shipping and handling and called them to charge the amount on my other card so, I gave them the number of my other card but my big problem they both charge my card for 39.95 plus the shipping and handling on the other card. I haven't receive the product but got charge the day after. What a rip off! Good luck to this business.
I hope God will punish people who rip money off from other people...the bible says'' Thou shall not steal".
And what they did is morethan stealing and they will be called thief! This business have no consideration and I hope their consience will bother them for life!
