unauthorized visa charge
The company offered a bottle of POMCLEAR (colon cleansing capsules) for shipping costs only. (FREE).They ended up sending me 2 other containers which I didn't order and charged me $44.90. I sent it back and they credited my acct. Then another came and another and another. They keep charging my acct. and now I have to write a letter to my financial org. to protest the charges to my visa. It's giving me fits and I want it stopped! I went on line and the "complaints Board is unavailable" SURPRISE! ...AND they are so busy filling orders there is 35 min. wait on the phone. HORSEFEATHERS!

cancellation of account
Over a month ago I called and cancelled my account. I told the customer service person that I was diagnosed with cancer and that I could no longer use their product.
She assured me that the order was cancelled, yet I received a package with the same product on January 9, 2009. I tried calling the company several times and each time I called I was told that the wait would be 30+ minutes. I then contacted my credit card company and was told that I was billed for this shipment since December 16, 2008.
I have instructed the credit card company to dispute the charge since my order was cancelled since early December 2008. I do yhink that the Federal Agency should investigate this company seeing that they are employing unfair and unethical business practices. Who defends innocent consumers against these greedy companies?????

cannot cancel order
ordered sample paid $4.95 for shipping and handling, sent unordered product back to company still continues to be charged $44.95 in debit phone number is always 38 minutes for waiting. please help all of us find a way to stop this fraudualent company.

I had permitted them to charge my account $1.95 for a free 30 day trial and just pay the cost of shipping and handeling. they have proceded to charge me $85.00 a month that I had not authroized. No where did it say they would charge a monthly fee or continually charge me for products I did not order, some of which I have not received. Trust me I read the fine print before I signed on, and the email they sent back to me said that I would only be charged $1.95. Even after I called and made sure they cancelled my so called subscription they are still charging me.

want to return can't wait on phone...
original free trial cancelled all else after i had been charged for it 3 months later money comes out of checking I call and complain said i was signed up and it was automatic now i can't even get in touch with then to return product that has a shipping date two weeks prior to my receiving product. the website from the phone number says to log onto www.get orderhelp.com good luck i didn't find it. This company is a rip off I couldnt even get through two weeks of the product it caused severe constipation I might not get my money back but would be real happy to make sure others don't get ripped off

Free Trial Turns into $118 dollars of unautorized charges
Recieved a free trail which had to pay shipping charges, which was fine. Nothing in the add said that you had to cancel or send the item back to cancel the "membership". I did not even know that I was signing up for a membership. So I got billed $4.95 which I agreed to but when I checked my statement I saw a charge from PomClear for $39.95 and then another for $44.90. Also listed was chrages from PrimeTime which I have no idea what company that is and how they got my account information which, they charged me twice at $16.95. I tried calling both places (POMCLEAR @ 1-888-692-8352 and PRIMETIME @ 1-866-469-6924) where I was put on hold for about 40 mins and then hung up on. So there is no way to "Cancel" your MEMBERSHIP! I ended up calling my credit card and canceling my card and having them report it. I would like all $118 dollars credited back to my account.

canciled my order,but,still being charged to my credit card. allready sent 2 back, going to send this one back also.
all this started 9/15/08. paid the $4.95. when i took them to my doctor, he told me that it would't mix with my medication. don't take it,
please. so i didn't take it. when i found out i couldn't take it, & didn't open the bottle. i called customer service to cancel it & i did. i asked
the young lady would the & 4.95 be resored on my credit. she replied, yes mam. also, i asked her to cancel my membership, she replied,
not a problem. but, 2 month's still getting these charge's that shouldn't be there. having problem's on my card because of this. i wonder
who is at the helm, but asleep at the wheel or nobody has a clue of what's going on. it seem's like NO TEAM WORK or LEADERSHIP
to me . bad time's all around, economy ( i wont' say), so, there are alot of people out there taking advantage of the situation. to much
greediness come's out in hard time's like this. the most hard are our elderly. work all there live's, looking foward to their GoldenYear's,
no such thing now a day's. people has paid on time all their live's, and get nothing in return, but, ripped off. the address is on thing, but
a different name. something doesn't look right. is this how you treat your customer's.

Overcharged
I was also overcharged. I signed up for a free sample that was supposed to cost $4.95, but ended up costing almost $200.00 even though I sent everything but the first bottle back. I complained by email, and contacted my credit card company, but still have not gotten any of it back. I would like to contact the Attorney General's office in Florida about this scam- maybe they could shut them down, if they see all of these complaints. Worst of all- my credit card number was given to a different organization- Web Md who also charged me for a service that I never requested.
Avoid Pomclear at all costs!
