charge my account and no getting de items
i order the trial for 4.95 and they send me somee gum and some drops for my water which i did"t order, they overdraft my account because i did not have enough money and nex month they charge me again, overdraf my account again but this time the didn"t send me the products, i try to call to the 800 number and wait almost 2 hours, and they never answer the phone i close my account and they still charge me and insted of losing weith I losing more money in the past 3 months .

did not order water or gum all for the grand total of 44.85 it was returned on 12 18 2008 i have been intouch with my credit card company to lodge a complaint

THE COMPANY IS A SCAM
I DID THE TRAIL ORDER OF POMCLEAR FOR $4.95 NOT EVEN TWO WEEKS LATER MY CREDIT CARD WAS BILLED $39.95, THEN 5 DAYS LATER BILLED AGAIN $44.90 FOR PRODUCTS I NEVER RECIEVED. FIRST OFF THE LITTLE TRAIL BOTTLE I DID GET SUCKED, IT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL!!! THEN THERE BILLING ME FOR STUFF I NEVER RECIEVED. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN

Orders Keep Arriving at Ridculous prices that I did NOT order!
This has put charges on my credit card that I did not order and I am very upset because I can not get in touch with them. I want my money back credited to my account now!

sent vitamin without ordering
Dear Sir:
On the computer there was an offer for a diet supplement and the
advertisement was for a trial bottle for $4.95, which I clicked on the computer. No information was given concerning purchase price of product.
On 12/18 I received the product in tne mail with a charge of $44.85
I have shipped this product back to the Fulfillment Center in Largo, Fl.
I did not order this product and want to be reeimbursed for $44.85.

charged without knowing
I have noticed 2 different charges from these people on my bank account. I had no idea what it was until I looked it up on the internet. I am now out, $90 and have no idea what I paid for. I hope they will reimburse me and do a better check of who orders their product.

still charging my credit card
I ordered a free sample of pomclear. I received an order with other products. I have returned the unopened products and asked for a credit on my card. I haven't received my credit yet and this month I was charged for another month even though I didn't even get the product.. HELP>
Don't want the product and should have not been charged.

Please stop charging my account for this bogus product. I ordered a trial size and was charger over $40 for it and it should have been $4.95. I am tring to return the last shipment but I can't seem to get through on the phone. It says you need a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider and an RMA number from customer care. Would you care to provide me with these things please so I can Get On with my life. My order number is 1627294.

i called and had to leave a message to cancel never got a return call called and left two messages saying i wanted to cancel and still get charged bad news dont trust these people!!!
