This company is nothing but a scam. Trial packages are sent with the product you want to try with the promise you are only paying a $1.99 Shipping charge. When the product arrives they send extra products
unordered. When you return the product in the 30 trial, they just totally ignore you and start charging your credit card every month even without sending and products or notice, just a charge on my credit card. The credit card company says they will try to contact the company and get my money back, but it could take as much as 90 days. That's 3 more months of $44.90. They won't put a block on it, they say you can't just stop a customer from getting paid if you gave them your credit card number.
I'm going to have to cancel my credit card and take a $134.70 loss, just what I need at this time. How does a company get away with this?
Using Micheal Philps name to promote the product, did he really promote the product or they just steal his picture?

I placed an order for a trial package for $4.95 then found to my dismay that I had a charge on my credit card of 39.95 also the following month-and I never received anything but the first trial bottle. I just received another delivery and a charge of 44.90-not only did I never order the product but the price appears to keep going up

I was charged for diet pills on my bank account twice.and I ordered the pills for $1.95 to try and then when the pill arrive they are billed to me for $41.95.I sent them back and still had my account drafted for the bill.the 2nd time for $38.95. I would like to have my money back I paid for nothing.I recieved the pills one time and billed twice.

i had order a trial supply of pomclear did not like so i canceled. they still continue to send a bottle of pomclear and charge me after canceling.

In October, I ordered one bottle of the product PomClear on their site for the amount of $1.95. After taking all the product, I did not order anymore, for I couldn't tell that it helped in any way...supposed to cleanse your body!!!
I never ordered anymore of this product or any other of their products from this same company and when I got my Credit Card billing, they had charged 2 different orders to my account, one being charged on 11/13/08 in the amoung of $39.95 and another charged on 11/28/08 in the amount of $44.90, of which I have never received nor did I order. I have tried many times to call them and the recorded message says there is anywhere from 60 to 70 minutes wait to talk to someone there...Of course I didn't hang on the phone that long and preceded to call American Express, that holds my credit card and they are investigating this for me. In the meantime, I have had to close out my credit account to keep them from charging anything else to me, of which I haven't received at all...
And when I went online and found many people have had the same thing happen to them, I wanted to file this complaint so others hopefully will not fall for their schemes...
